How much are the annual dues?
Current dues are $250, as approved at the annual meeting.
When are dues due?
Dues are due January 31st. Late fees apply after that date.
Who pays the dues?
Every Oakridge property owner is responsible for paying dues.
Where do I send a request for a Dues Paid Letter?
Send requests to the POA Treasurer.

Pool

What are pool hours?
Sun–Thurs: 10 AM–9 PM
Fri & Sat: 10 AM–10 PM
When does the pool open and close?
Opens: Friday before Memorial Day
Closes: Sunday after Labor Day
Are guests allowed at the pool?
Yes, guests are welcome.
Is alcohol allowed?
Yes, but no glass containers.
Pool rules?
No lifeguard, no glass, no diving, no horseplay. Children under 16 must be with an adult. Swim at your own risk.

Gazebo, Tennis Courts & Park

How do I reserve the Gazebo?
Visit the Gazebo Reservation Page.
Can I reserve the tennis court?
No, it is first-come, first-served.
Can I reserve the park grounds?
Yes, for youth team practices. Contact the Grounds Coordinator.

Do I have to shovel my sidewalk?
Yes, it’s required by city ordinance.
What’s the speed limit?
30 MPH generally, 20 MPH near the park. Please drive cautiously.
